6)(Private sale only) We will filter out all incoming leads and set up conversations + test drives with the client based on their availability in secure well lit areas.

7) We will set up and document any mechanic assessment data + emissions test & add it to client portfolio

8) We will assist with all negotiations from private buyer + instant cash offer companies using the data and trend we've gathered in earlier steps.

9) Who go over state required guideline and will provide detailed instructions/ checklist of all action items need for DMV and tax assessor's office so the process is seamless

10) Set up terms for final transaction & handoff between buyer and seller. Remaining invoice is paid to JDR Digital based on services rendered.
